Splatterhouse: Gore Out the Wazoo (Screenshots!)
What? That's the title of the game. Splatterhouse: Gore Out the Wazoo.
... Okay, maybe not. But it should be, because after checking out these new screenshots of Splatterhouse, you'll have to wipe the blood off your face. What is this game, you ask? It's a remake of Namco's 1988 sidescrolling brawler of the same name for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. I never played it, but it looks like it was seriously influenced by the horror film genre at the time -- Friday the 13th in particular. The story has something to do with a dude's girlfriend getting stolen by one of them batshit crazy Mad Doctors, and he goes to get her back. Helping aforementioned dude out is some kind of enchanted mask which transforms him into a hulkish beast that can tear evil beings limb from limb. So... blood everywhere.
